Hi all if you have popped onto this page to find out a bit about me & Salt Coast...BINGO!  

Almost 20 years ago I graduated from Bentley Tafe fashion department with a Diploma in Clothing Industry Studies and I already had a job as a junior pattern maker for an amazing costume shop called Pretty Woman and William.  To this day it was my best job ever and I miss all the shenanigans included.  This position allowed me to develop a wide range of pattern making skills as we worked with everything from silk to latex  on EVERY body type you could imagine.   

 We moved up to my home town, Useless Loop over 10 years ago now and Salt Coast Australia has been around since 2019........"2020 is going to be MY year!!"  I think there were a few of us that had decided 2020 was it and I'm not giving up haha!

All of the swimwear is made by me, in house on my small fleet of industrial machines.  I currently create small "runs" of prints and styles, I like to make things a little different and fun but have big plans for the near future.

I use a combination of my own drafted patterns and PDF pattern makers patterns, I believe strongly that we support each other and we all can grow together.

My supplies are sourced from Australian based suppliers and currently we offer shipping within Australia but send a message if you're really keen and I will be delighted to assist International buyers.

I love making swimwear, it reminds me of home and childhood adventures!
