SHIPPING

Currently we only offer shipping within Australia.

Postage is a flat rate of $5 per parcel, make sure you add that "ITEM" to your cart before checking out :)

We use 100% recycled tissue paper with hemp string to tie your purchase and send your items out in plastic-free, 100% compostable, zero waste Heropack satchels. 

If you are interested in International shipping I am more than happy to find out more.

*Tips*

Reduce, reuse, recycle where possible!

Use the hemp string to tie up your plants in the garden, re-use for other gift wrapping or make into a cute macrame keychain dangle.

RETURNS

I gladly accept returns and exchanges for faulty workmanship or incorrect items.

Contact me within 14 days of delivery to organise & items must be sent back to me within 30 days of delivery.

The following can not be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items:

• Custom or personalised orders, such as beach towels.
  
• Intimate items,  this is for health and hygiene reasons.
  
• Sale items

Please make sure you try on your swimwear over underwear underneath and do not cut the tags off until you are sure you are keeping the item(s).

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition with tags attached, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds will be given once returned item is received back.

No refunds given for postage charged.
